If you could die without dying

End the drama of this life
As you quietly sit

Opt out of your thoughts
Opt out of emotions
Stay with your body
And feel it’s sensations

Then feel the space
That makes up your body
Which to your eye
Appears solid and sturdy

Enter that space
And choose to be free
Expand into infinity
As the space you be

You can no longer be hurt
When you become space
Daggers will pass through
And leave no trace

You will feel no pain
When someone is mean
By offering no resistance
You remain empty and clean

When you exist as space
You have nothing to lose
You can return to solidity
Whenever you choose

If you could die without dying
